Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days. We are among the fastest in the industry! Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless otherwise posted (around Christmas we typically do ship 7 days a week). If there are significant delays due to a high volume of orders or other unforeseen issues, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on business days and will be provided based on the shipping carrier and method chosen, but please note that these are only estimates, not guarantees. Due to various factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the delivery dates or tracking information is accurate.
Shipment Methods: For orders within the United States, we use UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For shipments to Canada, we use UPS Standard, and for all other international locations, we use UPS Worldwide Expedited. If you require a specific shipment method, please email us immediately after placing the order or leave a note on your order with the information.
International Shipping Policy: We are happy to offer worldwide shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred during checkout if applicable. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. For most countries/shipments, we cover the expense.
Order Modification & Cancellation: We reserve the right to modify the shipping option selected by you at the time of checkout if the additional cost shipping does not cover the expense. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at our sole discretion. If a preferred shipping method is selected during checkout, we reserve the right to change it due to invalid address, undeliverable to destination, P.O. Box used , and or shipping prices (i.e. if FedEx shipping is selected, we may change it to UPS).
Address Errors & Reshipments: If an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may either cancel the order or request additional shipping fees to cover the cost of reshipment.
PO Box Shipping: We may cancel an order or request a new shipping address if the only address provided is a PO box. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of checkout is accurate to avoid any delays or additional costs.
